How Credits Work

What is a credit?

A credit unlocks one chat session between a traveler and an operator on our secure platform. Both parties use 1 credit each to start chatting.

Are there any commissions?

Yes. Safari Rolodex applies a 5% commission only on confirmed trips. All other interactions and quotes are commission-free.

How much do credits cost?

Traveler credits are $5 each. Operator credits are $10 each. New travelers receive 5 free credits on first registration, and new operators receive 10 free credits on registration.

Can I add sales team members?

Yes. The first team seat is free for the first year. Additional team members cost $100 per user per year.
