    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using Safari Rolodex Africa ("the Platform"), operated by FCN VISUALS from Arusha, Tanzania, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

    2. Platform Description

    Safari Rolodex Africa is a safari booking leads platform that connects travelers with verified tour operators and accommodation providers across Africa. We facilitate introductions and communications but are not a travel agency. The actual safari services are provided by independent, licensed tour operators.

    3. User Accounts

    3.1 Account Types

    • Travelers: Individuals seeking safari experiences who post travel requests and receive proposals.
    • Tour Operators: Licensed safari companies that respond to traveler requests with proposals and itineraries.
    • Accommodation Providers: Hotels, lodges, camps, and other properties that list rates and availability.

    3.2 Account Responsibilities

    • You must provide accurate, current information during registration
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
    • You must verify your email address before accessing platform features
    • You must not create multiple accounts or share credentials

    4. Tour Operator Requirements

    • Operators must hold a valid tourism license for their country of registration
    • Required documents (business license, TALA license, insurance) must be uploaded and verified before accessing leads
    • Operators must maintain up-to-date documentation; expired licenses will result in account restrictions
    • Operators must respond to traveler inquiries professionally and within reasonable timeframes
    • Misrepresentation of services, pricing, or qualifications is grounds for immediate suspension

    5. Credits System

    The Platform uses a credit-based system for certain interactions:

    • Credits are purchased through approved payment methods (AzamPay or bank transfer)
    • Credits are non-refundable once used to accept a safari request
    • Bonus credits may be awarded based on purchase volume as per current tier structures
    • Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire
    • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

    6. Commissions

    Tour operators agree to pay a commission on confirmed bookings facilitated through the Platform. The commission rate is set by the Platform and applied to the confirmed trip budget. Commission invoices are generated upon trip confirmation and must be settled according to the payment terms provided.

    7. Accommodation Providers

    • Providers must submit accurate STO (Suggested Tour Operator) rates and availability
    • Verification documents must be current and valid
    • Booking confirmations and cancellations must be communicated promptly
    • Rate information shared on the Platform is confidential to registered operators

    8. Prohibited Conduct

    • Sharing contact information to bypass the Platform's communication channels before booking confirmation
    • Submitting fraudulent reviews or manipulating ratings
    • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
    • Using automated tools to scrape data or interact with the Platform
    • Circumventing the credit system or commission obligations
    • Uploading fraudulent or forged documents

    9. Dispute Resolution

    The Platform provides a dispute resolution system. Users may report issues through the built-in reporting tools. Our admin team and country managers will review disputes and may take actions including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. Decisions by the Platform's dispute resolution team are final.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    Safari Rolodex Africa acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of safari services provided by operators. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by operators or accommodation providers. Our liability is limited to the amount of credits or fees you have paid to the Platform in the 12 months preceding any claim.

    11. Account Suspension & Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to maintain valid documentation, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive multiple substantiated complaints. Users may request account deletion by contacting support.

    12. Modifications

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Arusha, Tanzania.
